French Mortgage Connection arrange mortgages with banks in France for buyers requiring a mortgage to purchase French property. We also act for clients referred to us by financial advisers, solicitors / lawyers, French estate agents and other professionals who are directly associated with the French property market. We provide advice to clients of any nationality located anywhere worldwide who are looking to buy in France and require a French mortgage to do so.

We do not charge any brokerage fees for our own brokerage services, as we are paid by the French banks on our lending panel. The minimum mortgage amount we currently handle is € 80,000 euros
