French Mortgage Connection arranges mortgages with banks in France for buyers (of any nationality and who can be located anywhere, worldwide) who are requiring a new mortgage to purchase a French property, or who require a remortgage of their existing French property. We also regularly act for non resident clients referred to us by their own financial advisers or lawyers etc, and the clients of French estate agents and other professionals associated with the French property market.

We do not charge 'broker fees' for our services. However, please note the minimum mortgage amount we currently handle is € 80,000 euros. Remortgages, with or without an element of 'equity release' / cash out, are available for clients already owning a French property.
